Yes there are high chance for your getting admission into any prestigious college like government colleges through BAMS with 325 marks as 350 marks are sufficient for a general candidate for getting admission into any goverment college so for an SC candidates 325 is more than sufficient to get admission.

Based on your marks and neet cutoff you may have chances of admission bams medical college in state state quota as you are from SC category so you have decent chances.
