can I get bams or bhms government college from Maharashtra ? I had 283 marks

Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for bams or bhms in 283 marks. For getting government bams seat you need to score 530 + in state quota and 550+ in all India quota and for bhms you need to score 480+ in state quota and 500+ in all India quota. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff.
Although getting government seat for bams depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, state rank, AIQ rank,etc.
A B.A.M.S. provides good career opportunities in the field of medical science. One can become ayurvedic consultant, lecturer , pharmacist , chemist , medical assistant and opt for other roles after successful completion of a B.A.M.S. programme.
For qualifying in NEET, students must have to score minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category. And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG.
