hi,

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of course etc.

however you must know that every govt medical colleges has 85% seat reserve for state  domicile candidates , however just based on score college can not be predicted, also information need about your domicile, category etc. however based on all india category score you have less chances of govt colleges.

Yes with a your score of  350in NEET , you can get a BDS seat.

As you have not mentioned your category and domicile state, so I am assuming you as a general category candidate. Because, for SC, ST, OBC, PWD, EWS there are different cutoffs, then maybe a chance to get into government dental college
