This years cutoff is based on the increased competition , number of seats available, number of applicants etc. Based on the previous year cutoff trends , the expected cutoff for BHMS for a general category candidate is around 420-425+ so for EWS category it will be lower than this . Hence , seems like you have a good chance to get a government BHMS seat.
