JEE Main 2018 as per CBSE notification in computer based test mode shall have bilingual options namely English and Hindi as languages.
Also another option is Gujarati or English.
The candidate os free to appear in any language he is comfortable with.
You can select the language when attempting ghe exam itself and no prior Information required to be updates.
If you have problems with English or youre not comfortable, Hindi is best option to understand all questions easily and attemot them successfully.

Language: For all exam cities, the question paper medium choice will be English & Hindi (except exam centre cities in Gujarat, Daman & Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli where choices for question paper will be English, Hindi and Gujarati). The choice for question paper should be exercised while filling up the application form.
