Well you have scored quite a good rank in JCECE 2019,479 cml rank. this type of rank would surely get you a seat in bit sindri. Regarding the courses. In bit sindri with this rank you won't get cse . It is possible that you might not get mechanical , electrical. Rest you can get without any problem

You have 50-50 chances to get a seat here.The previous years' cloisng ranks for this campus is around 480. You are on the edge. If you get a seat it is going to be something like mining engineering.
