Yes, you will be eligible for most of the BSc agri. college options. Your categorical rank will be lower then general rank which make you open for more college options. if you apply for college located in your domicile state then you can apply for home state quota too.
If you want to get in BSc Agriculture then your marks for Physics, Chemistry and Biology are considered. So if you want to get into top colleges then you should have a rank below 2000.(For general)
