I would like to tell you that you haven't mentioned the college or the program you have you have been looking forward to take admission but based on your rank only I am telling you there is a quite possibility for you to get admission since you are SC category student and even from outside Delhi so for outside Delhi students there is only 15% of the reserve seats and you have to compete to get a seat from that only, in my opinion apply for the counselling process and wait if you get a seat during second or third round of counselling it's fine enough but if it takes more than that apply for some other colleges.
