NEET is the entrance exam for admission to B.V.Sc. Once NEET results have been declared, AIPVT will release the counselling schedule and you need to apply accordingly. In short, yes with NEET score you can study B.V.Sc. But because you belong to General Category, your target should be nothing less than 500 for a seat in AP. A lot depends on the cut offs and no.of seats available and so you should aim for 550 and above.
