Hope I answered your query. All the best.
For JOSAA councelling, you must qualify JEE Mains and appear for JEE Advanced. CSE is one of the most sought after courses in engineering. If your percentile or rank is really good in JEE advanced, then you can surely get CSE in a college from JOSAA councelling.
JEE Advanced 2020 application form will be available from September 11 to 16. Latest: JEE Advanced 2020 will be held on September 27

Hello student if you appear in Jee main entrance examination and qualify the Jossa eligibility criteria you're allowed to participate in Jossa counseling however no one guaranteed if you'll get admission in CSE Branch or not. As admission is based on marks /rank obtained in entrance examination. Cut off vary every year on various factors like level of question in examination seats available and total nunumber of applicants in the entrance examination. I request you to please help me with the percentile you've scored so that I can check and provide you with the exact information.
As per previous year cut off its expected that cut off for General Category will be around 89 percentile
Feel free to comment if you've any doubt
Good luck
