In 2020,the cutoff score of Gouri devi medical college was 551 with a closing AIR of 48,334 for general category and through management quota it was 232868 through West Bengal State quota counselling.

So, from the above data ,getting this college won't be possible for you with an AIR of 79k.

You can however try for management quota BDS or other allied sciences courses seats if you wish to .

You can also prepare for NEET-2022 and try to get a government medical college next year . You'll easily do it this year seeing your present AIR.
