NEET 2020 will be available in 9 different languages other than English and Hindi. So you can definitely choose the language that is comfortable for you. Candidates opting for regional languages would also be provided with a Bilingual Test Booklet in their selected regional language and English. It doesn't matter in what language you are giving the exam, only your score will be considered for the admission.

The reason behind NTA releasing NEET 2020 prospectus in eight different languages (1 in english and 7 regional language) and giving the options to candidate as well while appearing for examination is to ease understanding of rules, guidelines and question for the candidates as not all may have good grasp with english. So there is no need to worry about it you are surely eligible to take admission in government college once you get good score in NEET 2020.
