Can I get CNLU with 2525 rank general category and bihar domicile till the 3rd or 4th list?

With your mentioned rank in general category you can not get into any of the NLUs. So instead of waiting for subsequent lists you should go ahead with other options that you have.
There are various Private Colleges that accept CLAT scores other than the National Law Universities. Here is a list of a few of them.
