Of course u can apply for that colleges through u r jee mains marks...

Hi
Yes, all these colleges have all India level seats. The admission for these seats is through the JEE MAINS score.
So you can definitely apply and if you do clear the cutoff of that exam and those seats, you can get admission.
Concentrate on your JEE MAIN exam.

Dear Praveen,
In order to get admission in COEP and VJTI you need a domicile certificate of Maharashtra.
Outside state students are eligible to take admission in private engineering colleges of Maharashtra.
To take admission in private engineering colleges of Maharashtra you can take admission through MHT CET or JEE Main. It is recommended to take admission through JEE Main as JEE Main candidate are preffered over MHT CET.
