Hi. I believe you can. I am studying in BITS myself. You will not get a single dedgree but you can opt for a dual degree. This means that you will be completing a Masters in pure sciences and a B.E. in 5years. You may not get Pilani campus but you will get Goa or Hyderabad with your score. The branch of the Masters depends on your BITSAT score, while the B.E. stream depends on your CGPA in the first year. You may get cSE if you have a high enough CGPA. This option is valid in all three campuses.

BITSAT exam being conducted by BITS Pilani for BITS Pilani, BITS Hyderabad, BITS Goa and BITS Dubai. BITS is group of private colleges by The Birla Group of India. Each and everyone wants admission in BITS but here admission criteria is very difficult. They don't take students by JEE MAINS or JEE ADVANCED Score. They take students on the basis of the admission in BITSAT. If you want Computer Science in BITS Pilani that is even as equal to taking admission in top IITs. For that you will have to score 375 marks for Computer Science in BITS Pilani. If you want admission in BITS Hyderabad you will have to score 350 marks and same as for Goa campus. For Dubai Campus you will have to score around 320 but the fees in Dubai Campus is also unaffordable for some students. Along with these marks in BITSAT you will have to score 80% in PCM.

Sorry to say but you are not elligible for BITS colleges.

But on your JEE MAINS Score You can take admission in various colleges.
