Yes definitely you can and also you can't. First you have to understand how actually college predictor works.
College predictor is nothing but a computer program which predicts the college by using statistical method by seeing previous year data.
So if it's saying tough chance then may be last year people didn't get with that rank but last to last year they got with that rank.
