can i get computer science branch in this college at 81.6 percentile ,i belongs to general (no ews) and my rank is 199,621.please reply instantly or i get some other branch in this college

As you've passed with so well grades now you want to pursue engineering. Dear, you didn't mentioned the college name here and that's why it's not possible to tell you anything about the college.
