To get into top colleges for computer science a percentile of 90+ is considered to be a fighting chance. Unfortunately with a percentile of 10 you do not have even a fighting chance to get into computer science in any top colleges. Also it looks difficult to get into any private or local college as well unless a heavy donation is asked to be paid. It is advisable to prepare better and give exam again in the coming period and excel in it.

Computer Science and Engineering is a four year long proffesional degree course. If anyone want to get into this course then he or she not have good score in either JEE mains or in Maharashtra common entrance test otherwise being a demanding course one cannot get CSC branch easily with low score. Also one thing is each and every year the cut of trend changes depends upon some factor like number of students difficulty of question paper shift etc . it seems to me that 10% in quiet low score .That's why sorry to say you but with only 10 percentile one cannot get any good college specially Government College and top private colleges in engineering branch but in some colleges you make and get by management quota .you can go for this link below to know more about colleges
