Yes, you should get admission in SKIT jaipur on the basis of jee mains score whether you passed jee mains or not ,it doesn't matter. In JECRC it will difficult to get admission on the basis of this rank.
I would like to sadly inform you that with 359456 in JEE mains you wont be able to get CS branch in SKIT OR JECRC Jaipur.
Your rank is too low so as to get through.
