Can i get CS branch with 79 percentile in mht cet

The MHT-CET or Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. It is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.

Now to answer your question, The minimum qualifying marks of 50% of the total marks (75 out of 100) in  MHT CET for computer science. but you score 79 which is more than that so with no difficulty you can enroll yourself for computer science course.

You can surely get CS branch with 79 percentile in MHT CET.You will not make it to the top colleges but surely you can get CS in some average college in second to third rounds.These are few of the colleges where you can try counselling.Dilkap Research Institute Of Engineering and Management Studies ,Bharat College of Engineering, Kanhor, - Mahatma Education Society's Pillai HOC College of Engineering & Technology , Leela Education Society, G.V. Acharya Institute of Engineering and Technology ,Haji Jamaluddin Thim Trust's Theem College of Engineering ,Koti Vidya Charitable Trust's Smt. Alamuri Ratnamala Institute of Engineering and Technology .These are the colleges where you can try counselling.The rank for these colleges are bit high so you can easily get CS there.
