Can i get CS in BIT DURG with a OBC rank of 217.?

It's quite tough to get CSE in BIT Durg with your above mentioned rank and category as last year it gets filled up by 175 rank only.
I'll suggest to wait till the last round of counselling as it may fetch you a seat in CS in BIT Durg.
