Can I get cs in iet lucknow...I got 3564 gen rank and 470 gen girl rank in upsee???

Hi Anamika, I think it's very difficult for you to get CS at IET Lucknow. Generally the cutoff for Cs at IET LUCKNOW are really high because it's the best institute in UP under AKTU. You might get other branch lije Civil etc. But cse is bit difficult. But you should still apply for it, you might get it.
