even though it is difficult to predict the cut off because of its changing nature every year,as per your question based on your GMR rank you can not get CSE in jadavpur university, in west bengal only GMR rank is considered. In cse branch it will be very difficult. But you can get some lower branches like

printing engineering

architecture

food technology

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories

--------) seats available for different branches etc

But yes,

With your 5317 GMR  , considering your category as obc- B

On the basis of 2020, wbjee cut round 3 off data ,yes you  have good chances in Jadavapur university but in lower branches like

• Printing Engineering/Printing Technology:-6057

• Food Technology And Bio Chemical Engineering:- 5999
