Can I get CS in JIIT Noida sector 62 at 86 percent in PCM and 88 percent in class 12 considering that cutoffs based on 10+2 are very high this year? How is CS in vit Vellore category 3 compared to CS in JIIT Noida sector 62?

Hope you are doing great there . I am really very to say this but with this percentage you can not get a seat in CSE in JIIT , Noida because the cut off for cse in JIIT is 97% for cse . Coming to your next question cse at VIT, Vellore is much better than CSE at JIIT . This statement has been made comparing the campus and placements . In both campus and placements VIT Vellore is better than JIIT Noida.
