Hi Mridul,
You might not be able to qualify on the basis on the JEE rank but you can definitely apply on the basis of your board marks. Mode 1 is through JEE marks which has 70% seats
Mode 2 is through 10+2 marks which has 30% seats
You can definitely go ahead and apply through mode 2 in case you don't qualify the cut off
