As per previous year cutoffs, CSE in UIET Chandigarh for general closed at nearly 45,000-50,000 in spot round. So this year, the cutoff is likely to be same.

So if you are from general category then the chances of getting a seat is very thin. I would suggest to explore other options.

In response to your query I would like to say that your rank is quite high and as you already mentioned that the seats are just 24 so it might be difficult for you to get the seat but the chances are there so you should definitely try in the spot round.
