Can i get cs or ece in thapar at 25000 obc rank

Hope you are doing well.
25000 rank in OBC Category is Equivalent to around 90,000 in Common Rank List.
For Thapar Institute of Engineering and technology the cutoffs for the year 2018 for the last round were as follows:-
:- For Punjab residents
CE:- 86452
CSE:- 223247
ECE:- 303136
:- For outside Punjab
CE:-32471
CSE:- 46770
ECE:- 57903
All these are the ranks in Common Rank List, since there is no reservation in TIET.
