can i get cs or it in kiet if my rank is 31420 in general and 10286 in obc

According to your rank, it is quite tough to get admission in CS/IT in KIET Ghaziabad as previous year's cutoff for CS was 23595 and for IT, is was 28605.
Although, you can get CS/IT in:
- ABES Engineering College
- Nitra Technical Campus
- ABESIT
- RKGIT
- IMS Engineering College
- Inderprastha Engineering College
In KIET, you can get Electrical & Electronics branch easily.
