With your rank it may be a little difficult to get a government college for computer science but you can definitely check out some colleges under WBUT which have a good reputation for CSE like
- Asansol Engineering college
- Dr BC Roy college Durgapur
- BCET Durgapur
- BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology
- Future Institute of Engineering and Management
These colleges have a pretty decent placements. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra and Accenture are the frequent visitors.
