Hello aspirant! As per 2019 stats, you will not be able to get Computer Science and Engineering branch in any NIT with a rank of 4855 under ST. You still have chances to get a seat in other courses like Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering at the NITs, depending on the number of candidates.

Dear student,
As you have secured 4855 rank in jee mains from your St category, then it is quite impossible for you to get any branch in any nits, if you are an other state candidate.
Now as your preferred branch is - computer science engineering, then also there is no chance that you can get computer science engineering branch in any nits if you are from other state candidate.
