Hi

With 97 percentile

It is quite difficult to make prediction but yes as per past year trend ,

In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020, closing  rank for general category for gender neutral is given below under home state for nit hamirpur :-

  • Computer Science and Engineering (5 Years, Bachelor and Master of Technology (Dual Degree)):-25668

So, you have low chances for computer Science and Engineering (5 Years, Bachelor and Master of Technology (Dual Degree)) even if you have home state quota

But yes, In nit hamirpur you have chances in branches like :-

  • ECE

  • EEE

  • Civil etc

You  can check the same at

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

This above prediction is on the past year data basis but  cut closing rank for colleges changes every year depending upon factors like number of candidates that write jee main examination, difficulty level of the question paper for different shifts of jee main etc so

To have a personalised report on your chances of getting a college you can go through our college predictor, it will give you complete list of colleges which you can get on the basis of the category you belong to,  your home state, your gender etc, the link for  jee main college predictor is provided below

With 97 percentile in JEE Mains, your CRL Rank would be in the range 31,000 - 36,000.

Computer Science and Engineering-

Closing Rank : 25668        (Round 6)

Electronics and Communication Engineering -

Closing Rank : 45178        (Round 6)

Closing Rank : 49456        (Special Round 2)

The chances for you to get CSE 5-Year B.Tech + M.Tech. (Dual Degree) Course are less so I suggest you to look out other institutes if you want this course only.

Hello Aspirant,

If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 30690 - 34500 , you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

Or

You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that :-
