Can I get cse in any of engineering college in Hyderabad? My ts eamcet rank is 9000

After analyzing all the details, I can say that you can get the government college in Hyderabad through TS EAMCET. But I can't assure you that you can get CS branch.
But yes if you come under any special quota or category, then you can take benefit of it. And you can also wait till the last round of counselling, that will also help you out.
