Yes there is a chance that u can get cse seat
But it may vary
Your comedk rank is close to the closing rank
So there is a possibility but one cannot assure
Depends on this year counselling rounds
Last year dsce closing rank is 4093
So try for it
There are many other good colleges available too don't worry
