First of all many Many congratulations for you to achieve such a fabulous rank in JEE advanced 2019. CSE at IIT Bombay has the highest cutoff and thus in 2018 the closing rank was 59 but the cutoff varies every year you may get CSE at IIT Bombay. You will get CSE at every other IITs so if you want surety then you can opt for other top iits also.

Good luck
Maybe. Congratulations on that rank.
Thats the bare minimum. The cutoffs are generaly around the rank of 65-70 so you might just make it. To be safe a score good enough to be below the rank of 50 helps better. But again this all depends on how many people before you want the same field. Which they probably do.
Hi Sankalan,
Well, According to the previous year's statistics the closing rank for CSE in IIT Bombay was 59. Considering the increasing popularity of CS in IIT Bombay and that few seats have been increased this year, closing rank won't go beyond 60-65. So, it would be very difficult for you to get CSE in IIT Bombay.
All the best
