Can i get CSE in SMVIT or Banglore institute of technology after roubd 2 councelling with a rank of 10.5k in COMEDK UGET??

SMVIT- 6293 (Closing Rank)
In 2016 ,

SMVIT- 3353 (Closing Rank)
