Yeah you may get ECE Department at Chennai or Amravati campus but may be it will be hard for you to take CSE at Chennai campus but yaah in Amravati campus surely you will able to opt the CSE branch in category 2.
Since you come under slot 1 of pahse 2 counselling through which you can easily take the ECE branch. But always try to take the branch at main campus if possible.
