last year cutof of SVNIT in it's 7th round councelling was 4635 for ECE and 1462 for computer Science.

and your predicted rank is 13404 and the percentile is 98.8042.

so it will be quit difficult to get this college.

Congratulations on scoring such good marks in JEE. 173 marks is a really good score and with this, you can expect an SC category rank of 165-170.
The previous year closing rank for SVNIT was 1138 for the round 1. Hence you would definitely get your seat in the very first round itself.
Here I would like to mention that if moving is not an issue for you then you can opt for CSE at even NIT Trichy as the second round closing rank was 188 for SC category, So you surely have a chance with even that.

The cut off keeps changing every year. But there are pretty high chances of you getting a CSE or ECE seat in NIT Surat with the score you have given you belong to SC Category. You can check the previous year cut off rank and try using rank predictor to get an approximate idea of your ranking this year.
