As far as your percentile is considered let me tell you that on the basis of percentile it's difficult to tell about your rank because the dynamics gets changed every year depending upon the certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

But honestly 75 percentile is a bit low score to grab a seat in computer science. If you can't get a rank under 5k then it's difficult to get a seat in cse. However you have chances for IT branch and electronics and communication branch and also some of the cse specialisations branches.
