can i get cse with rank 13,300 at amrita tamil nadu??

13,330 rank is a bit high to get computer science in amrita in tamilnadu. You have not mentioned any category or state quota. Assuming the category is general and there is no hoe quota, then you have very less chances to get in amritha in the department of computer science.
