can i get cse/it/ee in any government college with gen rank 6673 and obc rank 254 in WBJEE

With obc rank 254 , you have high chances of getting admission in jadavpur university and that too within the first 3 rounds .Also ,You can get any branch of your wish .It is not agreeable to say that you can get 'any' college.
