Can I get Delhi Technological University with jee main rank 11999 ( sc) in any branch belonging to mp.

Sorry it's very difficult to get dtu .

U have to attend JAC counselling.

With this rank in JEE main you can get new nits definitely.

There are many IIITs too like Kottayam, Bhopal etc

You should try even for nit andhra and Puducherry Jamshedpur Patna Hamirpur etc

Well since Delhi Technological University takes admission through JEE Mains , so one has to clear the required JEE Mains cutoff as per his/her category. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Mains cutoff (percentile) category wise -

• CRL : 89.75
• GEN-EWS : 78.21
• OBC-NCL : 74.31
• SC : 54.01
• ST : 44.33
• PwD : 0.11

Well as per your SC rank of 11999 in JEE Mains , I can't say for sure that whether you will get any branches or not. Better you attend the Joint Admission Counselling of Delhi and find out which branches do you get as per your JEE Mains rank.
