Eligibility Criteria for IIT Graduates. Candidates who have passed or are appearing in the final year of their qualifying degree from any Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 are eligible for direct admission in IIT Delhi, without having to qualify GATE
