can i get direct admission in phd course in Chandigarh university with 7.5 cgpa (master's) without NET is there any stipend given to these kind of students which doesn't qualify the net/jrf type exams ???

Hope you are doing well ! If you want to get direct admission in PhD course in Chandigarh university without net then yes you can get easily and there is stipend also who does not qualify net/jrf but there are some limitations everyone doesn't get it
