As far as my knowledge and research is concerned, I dont think this is possible

you will most certainly have to give entrance exam for which ever course you are trying to enter

And the counselling sessions will commence once the preceeding factors are set into place

If this question still arises of taking admission throught the direct means, you should ask the college authorities and see if there is any scope of this in the future for you
