No,  you won't get admission without giving the exam.  First of all you have to fill the online form and follow the procedure to get the admission.

But in case your name is not there in the list,  then you may get the admission directly by either getting a refferal from a reputed person or institutes or by giving some donations.

P. S. I am not promoting donation giving donations, but that's what happens everywhere.

Admission in BSc course in St. Xavier's college Kolkata is held on the basis of merit of class 12th and there are different criteria for calculation of index for selection in different courses.

Therefore you can get direct admission without giving any entrance exam but you should fulfil the merit criteria.
