In order to get into a college offering BHMS course you need to qualify neet and then participate in the counselling procedures thereby filling your prefernce of colleges which you hope to get and finally you get into the college.

without part taking in the counselling process you can not get  admission.

As your profile suggest that you are from Telangana state.

No, you can't get direct admission in  private medical college .you have to apply under management qouta seats in state counselling or AIQ counselling and  neet ug marks is required. Or you have to attend the counselling organised by the college. Few college offers bhms course are listed.

To get into any government/private/deemed college offering BHMS course, you will have to qualify the NEET exam, which you stated you already have. However, for the admission process, you will have to register yourself and pay the required application fee so that you can take part in the All India Counseling or state counseling procedure, as per your marks and choice. After this, you need to present your documents for verification. Hence, if you do not apply for the counseling, you will not be allotted any college- There is no direct admission into BHMS colleges.
