Hello Kartikey,
If you've not qualified VITEEE or didn't get enough marks to get a seat in different study centres of VIT, then there are some seats reserved as special seats.
These seats are also called Management quota seats. The only thing which matters here is money. These seats are money bought direct quota seats.
