I'm sorry to inform you but according to previous year statistics, it's very difficult for you to get a seat in delhi technological university, if you are from outside delhi region, if you are from Delhi region you have some chances
Last year closing rank was around 1.6 lakhs for sc category in outside delhi region and if you are from Delhi region then you can get the following branches :
Biotechnology
Electrical engineering
ENE
Ep
MAM
MCE
PCT
PIE
