I hope you are doing fine, You have 100% chances of getting into Delhi University with the percentage you have got. It's just that you won’t be able to make it to the north campus colleges given your percentage and course preference.
Just choose the college wisely. Do not go for any college you get. Choose the best college among the ones you are eligible to get admission in.
