Hey !
Private engineering colleges require minimum 50% in boards to take your admission in their college. As you have more than 50% , you can surely get admission in private engineering colleges. But govetnment engineering colleges demand for a minimum percentage of 75-80% in boards. And as your percentage is less than that , you are not eligible for government engineering colleges.
But , yes you can get a seat in engineering college.

The candidates should have completed their 12 th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
General category candidates should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in 12 th standard examination (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
